One powder-keg seems to have been successfully defused.  Yes, I’m referring to North Korea.  Old news, okay, but in this morning’s WSJ print, a brief reference to the dismantling beginning at the production facilities in Yongbyon by a U.S. team.  Six months ago you’d have never thunk!
